Hello Avatar Fans, it is Airspeed Prime here to give you some very important information regarding the release date of Avatar: Legend Of Korra.
Nick have finally started a Korra forums section on their own messageboards http://www.nick.com/mynick/messageboards/viewboard.jhtml?bID=106921
So here is the screenshot of the Boards info
Right there it says this Spring
So this is a very good sign and finally a mention of the date from Nick themselves. That said this is not confirmation of Spring as we do not know if the people who run the boards have all the information.
So hopefully unlike David Faustino’s twitter date this one turns out to be true.

As far as we know the name is The Last Airbender Legend Of Korra in America and Avatar: Legend Of Korra internationally.
Obviously Nick wanted Avatar in the name everywhere and there is no copyright regarding calling your forum section that name, so I assume they are just using the “proper name” on their forum and it will actually be TLA LOK in america.

I’m assuming Avatar: The Legend of Korra since Aang is no longer the last Airbender. Tenzin is the son of Aang who, I’m sure, knows how to bend air. Making ATLA: LOK a pointless title.

I may as well leave this here, I will not update the post until more info comes out. But Nick on twitter don’t seem to know about the summer thing on the forums, so they are saying it is not confirmed.
That said this is NICK who are bad themselves and their twitter account seems to take enjoyment with annoying us.
So Spring is still in play as far as I am concerned.

they changed it from Avatar LOK to The last airbender LOK in the USA now. So i guess the names are definatly official now
USA = TLA
EVRYWHERE ELSE = Avatar

I disagree with the Americans in this case. TLA makes absolutely no sense, especially when Tenzin exists and there are more Airbenders now. Oh well, I am more concerned about the plot!

Well, my main concern is the content. The title is questionable, perhaps, but thinking about the clips we’ve seen, the show itself is going to be amazing.

I don’t know if it is going to be spring guys due to the ambiguous wording.
the message says “You’ll find out when Korra comes to Nick this Spring”
Does this mean we will find out when Korra premieres this Spring, or does it mean Korra’s coming to Nick this spring?
I hate ambiguities… there so ambiguous

For me the key is that the sentence before the one you quoted ends in a question, so the you will find out is not referring to when Korra is coming but that we will find about the show by watching it in Spring.

Looks like they have changed the description now, it now says The Last Airbender Legend Of Korra and no longer mentions Spring
Hopefully Korra Nation will give us a date soon.
