Korra Nation Phase 3 Launches
Yes the 3rd phase of Korra Nation has launched (as of yesterday), which means new prizes to be won.
The top 50 members by December 31st 2012 will win a Legend of Korra prize pack, including a Korra Nation poster and Fire Ferrets t-shirt.
So get your links out again and earn points, they have been reset for Phase 3.
They also mention in the email that there will be new content, so we will be getting content during the break between seasons.
We also got the results of Phase 2
Congrats to Jordan (Site Admin) and Callum (Podcast Co-Host) for getting into the top 50 for phase 2

Well okay not hard. But I put hours of my life spreading these links everywhere I could for phase 1. Phase 2 I didnt try that hard. So I just kinda wanna give up now!

You can take part, they just won’t ship your prize to you, but they will send it to someone in america for you.
That is what I did, Jordan offered to send it on to me if I could get it sent to him.
No idea what the situation is on the poster though….

If you have joined Korra nation, then you should have been given your own unique link that you use to earn points.
The same link applies for all phases.

I believe it’s quite probable. The people that click the links doesn’t have to know him, so it could spread via Facebook, or he might just have a Youtube account with a decent amount of subscribers.

I would really love to get some Korra art or merchandise, but I wish they were doing something different to determine points and ranks.

I have a question, if the same people keep useing your link, lets say I use your link 3-4 times will it count every time I use the link or just the first time I use it? A friend asked me and I was not sure.

It’s just for the first time from each IP address. So it wouldn’t work it two people clicked the links, but using the same computer. It would work if you went to, say the library, and used a computer there.

When new Korra Nation content comes out, your account should be set up in a way that it automatically posts it to twitter and/or facebook and you get points for that and whoever clicks those links too.
As of now you just use your original link.
My points haven’t even reset yet!

It’s not that Korra Nation is a hard concept for earning points, it’s just I don’t necessarily have many places to spread the link around. I’ve never been one to really be into something like that. Good luck to all who do it though!
