Dee Bradley Baker voicing a Character + Korras Animal
We’ve already known that Dee Bradley Baker (“Voice” of Momo and Appa + the majority of the other Avatar The Last Airbender Animals) was going to play a part in the upcoming Avatar The Legend of Korra series (Set to release Fall 2011).” And now we have heard a new tid-bit of information where Baker has mentioned that he will be voicing a new character, an actual person in addition to the animals presumably, and he also mentions that he will be voicing “Korra’s Animal” which probably means that (like many theorized) Korra will have an animal transport (Roku had a Dragon / Fang, Aang had a Sky Bison / Appa).
Dee Bradley Baker has mentioned that he will play as a "Person" in Korra, in addition to his usual role as the various animals like Appa and Momo. He will also be playing Korra's Animal the identity of which is currently unconfirmed but there is plenty of rumors.
The character that Dee Bradley Baker will voice is anybodies guess, but people have definitely been speculating, the rumor with the most evidence is the idea of Korra’s animal guide being a “Polar Bear Dog”.” In the Avatar: The Last Airbender (The Art of the Animated Series) the creators mention that the Polar Bear Dog was one of their favorite creatures in ATLA but never really made it into the show, and that he would probably be seen in the future.” A good fit for Korra? Possibly.
Korras Animal guide the Polar Bear Dog? It seems very possible, but time will tell. - As seen in Avatar The Art of the Animated Series.

I can’t wait to see what new characters we will see in this show! Animals most definitely included.

I was reading some of Dee Bakers tweets and he said “yesterday’s voices: a rabid were-otter and a jovial crocodile” and “2day’s voices: a well dressed seductive sociopath, an awkward robot, crazed attacking zombies” link: http://twitter.com/deebradleybaker

W I C K E D!!! Thanks for the link too, wow my mind is going into over drive trying to think how this is all related, however wonders re the seductive sociopath, an awkward robot and crazed attacking zombies is more to do with his starwars clonewars work rather than ATLK perhaps?…

Yeah you’re right, he does talk alot about Star Wars, the croc and were otter might be some obscure references, I guess we will find out when the show is released.

I can’t believe how many places I’ve seen his name pop up. Nicktoons is on a lot, and I watch the credits, I’ve always been that way. He’s been on Spongebob, he plays Happy on “The Mighty Bee” He’s been on “The Fairly Odd Parents” I’ve seen his name on “Danny Phantom”, too. It’s the same thing with Rob Paulsen.
