So I was thinking of making a new role-play topic set in Ba Sing Se about a year before Aang and his group arrived. I would love to know if anyone was interested and if we get enough people (about four people) I will create a character topic for people’s charcters so this thread doesn’t get messy and then we can start. Also, if we do start and you want to join in, just post your starting post in a good place and first tell us what your character is called, so we know what to call you before we find your character post. Kai found the sun unbearable as he walked quickly down the street. Sweat was forming on his forehead and rolling into his eyes, forcing him to constantly rub his eye with his bare arm. He had left his cloak at his tree because it was such a warm day. He had bought some new clothes with his payment and had changed, using an ice knife to cut off the sleeves and shorten the trouser legs so they were more like shorts(he couldn’t find any actual shorts in the market). He looked around for shade and saw a tea shop over the road and he rushed over to it, but being sure to cross carefully. The traffic is much different to how it was at home, he thought, even though he had had a year to get used to it, he never could.

Jeong rushed out of the ally after escaping Kim’s thugs, again. He runs into the streets bumping into several people who were themselves in a rush. Kim’s thugs chase after him. He ducks into a different ally as Kim’s thugs begin searching for him.

“Little backstabbing black widow” Jeong mumbles “I’ll get her back soon enough”

Jeong sneaks off, leaving Kim’s thugs none the wiser. He slips into a very seedy looking bar, managing to blend in as he does so.
