Yes i noticed that ,Katara does indeed like to Hug ALOT.Single hugs Group hugs it doesnt matter to her once she get her hug.

Azula. I don’t think she likes hugging too much. LOL She’s about as cuddly as a porcupine.

Gran Gran actually seems huggable, but only to members of her tribe. I can see Katara and other granddaughters or nieces hugging her. Just not strangers, like Aang, or those too prideful, like Sokka.

But I don’t think Ty Lee and Azula hug. She was doing her stretches when they first meet, and they don’t hug afterward.
