For me,

Last Airbender: Zuko, Aang, Sokka, Toph, then Katara

LoK: Mako, Korra, Bolin, Tenzin. :3

jets team are much more versatile, they all have different skills and weapons whereas the kyoshi warriors are more like a unit of soldiers who are almost like clones of each other

Great examples by everyone. Like most people Tales of Ba Sing Say made me tear up, Iroh and Zukos reunited, and finally the dessert. All great touching and moving scenes filled with emotion and power.
