I can’t for Legend of Korra book two. It is just around the corner. Does any one know what the book will be called I think water because that is the next element in the in the reincarnation of the Avatars.

Hmmm well its red and blue stands so perhaps republic city by then also its white floor(snow) so I was thinking the festival at the northern/southern water tribe?
