First Picture I've Found of Live Action Sokka with his Boomerang

I just stumbled across the first picture I’ve seen of the Live Action Version of Sokka featured with everyone’s favorite … Boomerang! (If there is another picture of boomerang out there let me know).”  Anyhow he was featured on a 16 Month Avatar Live Action Movie Calendar. The Last Airbender Wall Calendar also has some extra scenes of the Kyoshi Warriors, some new shots of Katara Water Bending, a couple of new shots of Aang and Sokka.”  The Kyoshi Warrior and Katara Shots are kind of small and hard to see, but still they look pretty neat.”  I’m on the hunt for larger shots.

A great show like Avatar The Last Airbender certainly picks up alot of attention, especially due to it’s artistic quality Avatar picks up alot of awesome Fan Artists, we’d like to take a moment to highlight some pictures that we think are some of the best Fan Artwork around the web.

I really liked this one, as you can see it shows the crew re-united maybe in their mid-20′s or so. It’s funny how they are interacting with each other just like their usual self. Sokka looks exactly like his dad, and Suki looks like she is exasperated/amused. Awesome piece of Avatar The Last Airbender Fan Art.

While this doesn't fit Aang's personality at all it's still a pretty cool picture you have to admit. By DarkKenjie

DarkKenjies Rendition of an older Katara, the face is different, all in all I really like this one.

This is probably my favorite of DarkKenjies work, Sokka seems to have picked up some extra scars and I noticed he's holding a broken Water Tribe Necklace. And of course "Boomerang!"

One of the reasons I liked these shots was because they don’t obviously look like Avatar Wallpapers and the black and white shading is very well done artistically. The Black and white also won’t clash with your desktop Icons, making these some great Avatar The Last Airbender Wallpapers.

It also illustrates one of my favorite emphasis’s in Avatar The Last Airbender, which is an emphasis on Balance and Harmony with everyone around us.

We also got a pretty sweet look at a new shot of The Last Airbender set, apparently a large portion of the first Movie is going to be set in Greenland (The Water Tribe).”  The set looks pretty interesting.

We just came across a pretty cool looking Avatar Live Action Movie Poster, if you zoom in and look closely you can see scenes from the first season (Katara and Sokka). I’m guessing top right character is Zuko, and bottom right is an Earthbender? I’m not sure which, The movie is shaping up to be interesting to say the least.
