Brittney Williams announced as Korra Comics artist!

At last we know who the artist for the Korra comics will be. At theDark Horse Classified Panel it was revealed that Brittney Williams will be doing the art for the Korra comics.

Thanks to podcast co-host Greg for the images

Brittney Williams

So we know our artist and have our first glimpse at the style. Personally I am really liking it, they had a tough job trying to find an artist who could be just as good as Team Gurihuru on the ATLA comics, but it seems like this style is accurate to the show, with a hint of the artists own style thrown in for something a bit different.

Right now this looks to be all of the news we are getting, though Brittney will have a signing on Sunday and there is still the all ages panel to come tomorrow. So check this post again over the course of the weekend for updates.

Do you know how Greg got into the “classified panel” (whatever that means)?
I checked out Britt’s DA. I am fine with her character design but really haven’t seen a lot in terms of background design, though I trust in the decision. I just want a tidbit to get excited for.

Both Greg and Kelly got in, the whole CLASSIFIED name was just to hype up their big reveals, not that it was exclusive entry in. It was just a fancy name for the main Dark Horse Panel.

From the little tidbit shown and her DeviantArt page, she seems to be pretty competent. Getting hyped! All we need now is a date.
