    Comments about the show:
I recently rewatched Atla and LoK and I think people love to hate of korra so much that they forget how good of a show it is on its own. It does a lot of extra world building and the character development, although much more subtle, is still in the show. This episode I think proves that LoK is a much better show than people credit it to be. I think I enjoyed watching LoK more than Atla tbh bc I already knew the world and I felt it was a bit more unpredictable, I do recognize that Atla is a better show overall. In this episode I love that they let it known right away that Korra is going to be a totally different person than Aang which includes the way the world views the Avatar as a person and that she is going to react to situations differently. I like the introductions of the characters and great episode overall.
